Game Day Concession Stand Supervisor Jobs

Ability to perform the following duties

· Assists in counting the inventory in the stand

· Assist in the overall preparation of the stand prior and during an event

· General cleaning on a regular basis

· The selling of food and beverage items to the public at a specified price

· Greeting of the customer

PhD economic or technical education

Successful experience of "cold" and "warm" attraction of partners.

Experience in supporting and developing sales of partners on marketplaces is your advantage.

Organize the process of recruitment and training of operators on stand.

Participate in the development of a motivation system for operators.

Work with operators to improve performance, motivate them to achieve results.

Engage with fans and provide an exceptional game-day experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Must be 18 years old; prior experience in promotions or events is a plus but not required

Assist in the execution of game day promotions and events

Work closely with the marketing, community, and sponsorship teams to ensure successful activation.
