The Fast Air Jet Centre offers 24/7/365 customer service to private and business aircraft. Our services include fuel delivery, ground transportation, vehicle-to-plane access, ramp and hangar services, Canadian Customs, and aircraft maintenance. We are a member of the Air Elite Network and hold ourselves to a higher standard of delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Opportunity
Our professionally trained Line Crew make safety and service their priority and are standing by 24/7 to meet clients’ needs. From marshaling an aircraft on the ramp and rolling out the red carpet (literally) for clients to delivering fuel safely and efficiently, the Line Crew is essential to the Fast Air Jet Centre team.

Responsibilities:
- Take initiative and anticipate customer needs and take appropriate actions.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties, including snow removal and facility maintenance (cut grass/water flowers), mop and clean hangar floor (operating a power floor cleaner)
- Complete daily and other periodic equipment checks.
- Transport clients in the company vehicle.
- Maintain company records as directed by supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a safe work environment.
- Pick up parts, supplies, and clients' catering with the company vehicle.
- Marshall aircraft on the ramp, load and unload freight and luggage
- Operate fuel truck and other company equipment, load and deliver the product as require.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to create alternative solutions to problems.
- Ability to maintain a respectful workplace.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills; displays a mechanical ability and ease with operating equipment in a safety-sensitive environment.
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to obtain Class 3 license with Air Brakes
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to support industry-leading culture of safety.
