About the Role:


Borrowell is looking for a Sr.Partnerships Manager to play a key role in supporting Borrowell’s growth in 2023 and beyond. Reporting to the VP of Revenue this role will be responsible for relationship management and collaborating directly with current and new partners. You will have the opportunity drive meaningful growth both for your partners and for Borrowell.


Responsibilities:


  • Day-to-day partnership relations and communication
  • Monitor and manage partner performance
  • Lead partner strategy meetings including monthly and quarterly account updates
  • Create account plans, design and present proposals and negotiate partner agreements
  • Represent the Borrowell brand and create partner relationships at all levels
  • Research and develop new partnership opportunities
  • Champion partner requests and opportunities internally, work cross-functionally to deliver on partner projects and campaigns


Requirements


Experience:


  • 3+ years experience with roles that may include account/partnership management and business development
  • Excellence in proposing creative solutions to challenging problems
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Contract negotiation skills
  • Tracking and reporting partnership KPIs
  • You’re excited by the possibility of pushing technology to find new ways of delivering financial services
  • Strong organizational skills and independent time management
  • Experience tracking partnerships through a CRM
  • Detail oriented and comfortable building out scalable processes


Nice to Haves:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience scaling partnerships for a startup
  • Experience in the FinTech industry or Financial Services
