Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Leads.io Marketplace Team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in prospecting and selling enterprise business across North America for one of the top lead generation companies in the world. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry and persistent individual who is ready to put in the work and reap the rewards.


The right candidate will be one who is a strong closer, who works well under pressure and can easily understand client needs and adapt their communication accordingly. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines, have strong negotiation and closing skills, and think outside the box.


Leads.io has a fantastic office located in Downtown Toronto; however, this position is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office.


Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the features, benefits, and ROI of Leads.io's solutions. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to close deals.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, focusing on building trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and prioritize leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software. Provide regular updates and accurate sales forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each prospect, conduct thorough needs assessments, and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Leads.io's lead generation services.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential enterprise clients in North America through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate the enterprise market segment and achieve revenue targets.


Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and engage key decision-makers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a lead generation or digital marketing environment.
