Apple Canada is seeking a dynamic, passionate individual to deliver and produce training content to partners across Canada.

You will be part of a feedback-driven organization known for the high caliber of their training delivery and for continuing to push the boundaries of ‘how’ we deliver training. We are on a journey of transformation as we expand into new virtual and digital mediums to expand our reach to audiences across Canada.

Key Qualifications

3 - 5 years of experience in training delivery, video production, or technical communications
Strong facilitator with experience delivering training courses (both virtual and in-person) and a proven ability to engage diverse audiences over various mediums
Proficiency and passion for video content and production (i.e. storyboarding, script writing, video production, editing and post-production)
Strong video editing skills, highly proficient in Final Cut Pro, Motion, (Adobe Suite a plus) and post-production workflows including audio mixing, colour correction, and visual effects
Solid understanding of training strategy and delivery, curriculum development and instructional design
Proven ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and work a flexible schedule
Strong organizational and business planning skills
Self-motivated learner with a passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo
Outstanding presentation, written & verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English and French is required

Description

Deliver sales training to Apple sellers and partners across the sales channel, in both French and English. Leverage multiple training techniques including live delivery, video, presentations, hands-on labs, and self-directed learning materials.

- High level of comfort delivering training in a virtual environment including video-on-demand, webinars and facilitated conversations
- Responsible for editing and post-production workflows of recorded video content on a daily/weekly basis.
- Fluent in sales goals and priorities of Apple’s Sales organization to constantly assess training needs and make recommendations on solutions
- Maintain extensive knowledge of course materials, Apple products, solutions, and markets to effectively deliver training in a professional manner
- Collaborate cross functionally with the Canadian and global teams to provide input on course content and to create or customize training materials, as needed that maximize concepts for adult learners and development life-cycles.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or related experience
