  • Support strategic initiatives that build equity in RBC Vantage included but not limited to channel specific marketing campaigns and collateral, sponsorships and partnerships
  • Manage campaign budgets, including the budget tracking and forecasting process
  • Execute and optimize existing RBC client PBA acquisition campaigns from project management, content development, approvals and reporting
  • Participate in special projects as required
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline current/new processes
  • Leverage direct marketing, emerging digital and social media vehicles to drive client acquisition
  • Support the planning and execution of the PBA acquisition marketing strategy, working with the Director and Senior Marketing Manager, stakeholders and support teams to successfully deliver campaigns, on time and on budget to the standards of the high performing team

  • Demonstrated success in driving acquisition for a product or client segment through the delivery of digital performance marketing campaigns (including SEO/SEM, social media, and display) Experience working with agencies, writing creating briefs and management of creative processes
  • A university or college degree
  • Solid working knowledge of digital analytics platforms with an aptitude for measurement and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven relationship building and stakeholdering to gain alignment from internal partners and rally teams toward advancing work
  • Strong verbal & written communications skills – with keen ability to simplify complex concepts

  • Knowledge of business, legal, compliance and regulatory guidelines related to advertising and marketing communications
  • Financial Services industry experience and/or experience in a large matrix organization
