Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PRINCE2 Project Management certification, or working towards

Financial management knowledge to manage project budgets, escalate budget requests or reallocation accordingly.

Advanced planning, organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.

5-7 years’ experience leading multi-stakeholder project teams

10+ years of professional experience demonstrating both strategic and operational success.

Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution in partnership with senior leadership

Providing guidance and technical support during the implementation and configuration process for ERP solutions.

A Master’s Degree in Education, Leadership, Indigenous Studies or a related field or equivalent as determined by the hiring manager.

5+ years of working experience, preferably in Wealth Management, Strategy, or consulting
