Distribution Initiatives Manager Jobs

The vision of the Red Bull Distribution team is to be the best DSD network in North America. The primary responsibility of the Initiatives Manager is to contribute to the executional excellence of our Distribution team, leading key functional, operational, and learning/development initiatives across the network. The Initiative Manager will act as the subject matter expert across all targeted global, North American and Canadian Distribution initiatives.

DISTRIBUTION STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

Project management and planning, inclusive of contribution to Annual Business Plan and development of trade tools to support the field sales force. National delivery of VIP program (manage strategy of contracted independent retail universe). Own and Deliver Power Selling / Power Coaching / Power Management training. Local ownership of Wingtips, Skill Pills, online training and development program for Distributors. Local ownership of “DPM Champion” training and development program. Drive distributor engagement/execution of Perfect Store Audit and Winning vs Competition programs. Develop, train, and manage day-to-day relationship with Field Auditor network.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL

Work with Distribution Partners management to validate content distributed to broader Distribution team (help translate insight into action for distributor facing content). Manage flow of activity between Trade Marketing, Brand, Operations, National Accounts and Distribution as it relates to Distributor workload/ focus/ execution. Work with finance team to support the management of the Distribution budget.

• Undergrad degree required.

• Good communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.
• Displayed ability to problem solve.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
• Distributor and / or Supplier experience required.
• Ability to develop, drive and implement a retail execution strategy.
• 5+ years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods.
