Job Summary


The PLG Program supports the strategy, execution and delivery of programs that seek to materially shift the trajectory of our business. Reporting to and partnering with the VP of Product Led Growth Marketing, this role will serve as an agile project manager on one or several workstreams.  This individual will need to have mastered project management skills to then help teams formulate plans from ambiguity, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks from the team. 


Responsibilities


  • Create metrics and dashboards to measure process efficiencies to validate results
  • Resolve issues and escalate as required.
  • Baseline current process performance, set objectives and complete cost benefit assessments.
  • Identify and engage appropriate stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive conflict resolution
  • Estimate and request funding and resources. Track budget actuals and forecast spend
  • Lead global, cross functional workstreams focused on accelerating our product led growth practice
  • Present to the PLG staff making detailed, prioritized recommendations, communicating risks and program status, facilitating discussions, and driving decision making
  • Possess the confidence to challenge the status quo and ensure project conversations drive innovative thinking
  • Lead program status reporting highlighting risks, issues, and concerns
  • Use program and project management best practices to help teams execute programs on time, on budget, and within project goal specifications
  • Analyze solutions from multiple angles, provide recommendations considering the needs of cross functional teams, and assess priority based on fit to agreed organizational criteria
  • Ensure program and/or project goals and objectives are met.  Lead benefit realization exercises including budget operationalization and management
  • Create and communicate program charter, scope, and goals to stakeholders
  • Drive program implementation working closely with subject matter experts through initiation, business requirement definition, solution selection, functional design, development, testing, change management and go-live


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Highly organized and ability to prioritize
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies – a good understanding how to get frequent/regular deliverables in an iterative manner
  • Experience working for a Global organization across multiple functions & regions
  • 5+ years’ experience in related field preferred
  • Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Enthusiastic and a passion to learn and develop
  • Highly pro-active & ability to work independently
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
  • Excellent influencing and change management skills
  • PMP Certification preferred / or certifications in agile preferred
  • Background in SaaS industry including a working understanding of product implementations, marketing operations, go-to-market, and user experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Experience leading cross functional workshops and meetings

  • California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $119,000 to $196,000
  • Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $108,000 to $178,000


Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.


This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.


The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
