How you’ll make an impact
At Xero, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an Enterprise Growth Manager to join our Canadian Enterprise Team and actively manage relationships with our largest Enterprise customers (Partners). As the primary relationship manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Partners have the tools, resources and support they need to grow within the Xero platform.
As an integral player on the Canadian Enterprise Team, you will work closely with the Director of Enterprise Partners and a team of Partner Success Managers to develop and execute success and growth strategies for our Partners. In the endless pursuit of supporting our Partners on their cloud journey, you will be responsible for identifying mutually beneficial opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell within the Xero platform, and designing and delivering collaborative strategies that align with the goals and priorities of our Partners.
You will also cross collaborate with the wider go-to-market team on regional deployment strategies and work with cross functional teams such as Product, Education, Marketing and Sales, to provide advice and support on growth initiatives where sought.

What you’ll do
- Deliver insightful business reviews with Partners that drive towards achieving mutually beneficial growth outcomes
- Be the key point of contact for assigned Partners and continue to deepen our existing partnerships under Xero’s win, love, grow model
- Some travel required for partner meetings, conferences, training or community events
- Drive attendance to local and national Xero events
- Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including partner net promoter score (NPS), to track progress and optimize growth strategies with Partners
- Enrich the Xero experience of Partners through thought leadership and continuous education on how to grow their practice
- Respond to partner questions/issues within a timely manner, and escalating critical support tickets
- Develop and execute growth strategies alongside a team of Partner Success Managers that aligns with partner goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field sales, product, marketing and data teams to align and execute on Partner growth initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned Partner accounts, growing a network of Xero users and advocates
- Identify mutually beneficial opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell within the Xero platform
- Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce and other automation tools
What you’ll bring with you
- Ability to create quick, strong rapport with accountants and other stakeholders
- A process driven results-focused approach
- Project management certification or experience
- Willingness to travel to Partners and events up to 50% of time
- Enthusiasm for the emerging cloud accounting market and its new opportunities
- Initiative and ability to work autonomously
- French language a plus, however not a requirement
- Relationship management experience in a consultative selling environment
- Results driven with strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Capacity to learn, adapt and apply ideas in constantly morphing situations
- A track record in influencing and driving sales within partner and vertical channels
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong account management skills
- SaaS or accounting industry expertise preferred
- A natural tendency towards building mutually beneficial Partnerships
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Accounting and/or practice experience a plus
