Job Description

TENAMINT is a fast-growing blockchain-powered sports collectibles and gaming platform. We provide users with a unique digital experience by combining fractionalized ownership of high-value collectibles, immersive fantasy games, and decentralized finance (DeFi) features. Job Overview:

Your job is to dominate one metric - user acquisition. We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Growth Hacker to join our team on an equity-based basis. As a Growth Hacker at TENAMINT, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative growth strategies, experimenting with marketing tactics, and leveraging data to optimize campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage startup and be a key driver of our growth journey.


Responsibilities

  • Experiment with creative and unconventional marketing tactics to drive rapid and scalable growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and growth hacking best practices.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify growth opportunities and optimize user onboarding and retention flows.
  • Identify and implement scalable marketing channels and tactics to reach target audiences.
  • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Conduct data analysis and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and conversion funnels.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track and report on growth initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a growth hacking or growth marketing role, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment. Web3 and NFT experience is a huge bonus.
  • Passion for blockchain technology, sports, gaming, and the intersection of Web3 and finance.
  • Bonus if you're located downtown Toronto and are open to a hybrid remote/in-person work setup.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing growth hacking tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for experimentation and finding unconventional growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to identify growth opportunities and measure campaign success.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Additional Information:

This is an equity-based position, offering the opportunity to become a co-founder and play a crucial role in shaping the future of TENAMINT. While compensation will primarily be equity-based initially, we have a clear roadmap to secure funding and provide a competitive salary and benefits package as the company progresses. The Growth Hacker will have the opportunity to transition into a salaried position as the company grows and secures funding.
