What You'll Be Doing
- Drive growth in a broad set of product categories, including transfers, corporate cards and currency exchange products while maintaining sustainable CAC
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, track key metrics against goals, and provide regular reports to optimize ROI
- Support the launch of new products through different channels (website, socials, PR)
- Develop and evolve a marketing strategy that continues and sustains our hypergrowth
- Scope and launch growth experiments/pilots across current and new channels
- Recruit new partners and affiliates across an array of channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute cross-channel programs
What You'll Need
- Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, as well as a strong grasp of funnel analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven performance marketing
- Deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CPM, and LTV
- High accountability and ownership with attention to excellence and effective collaboration
- Proven experience (min 3 years) in growth marketing or marketing partnerships, preferably in B2B (fintech/banking/real estate)
- Proficient in tracking models, tools (such as Impact, Segment, Mixpanel), and platforms
- Deep understanding of organic and paid marketing channels
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Desire to work in a high-growth and fast-moving company with high expectations
