We’re looking for a Growth Specialist who loves working with customers of all sizes to help them to meet their climate goals. As part of our commercial team you will be working hand-in-hand with our sales team to identify, engage and educate small businesses to take the next step towards their climate goals.

Responsibilities
- Work with the sales and climate team to drive in-bound leads creatively (via email campaigns, socials, calls etc.)
- Support the team to identify strategic opportunities to reach small businesses looking to understand, measure, and reduce their climate impact
- Democratize access to climate knowledge through public events, written articles, and educational resources (e.g. helping them decrypt standards like the GHG protocol and translate it into plain language)
- Work collaboratively with the team to deepen relationships within the climate community
- Work with the product team to use the feedback and insights from your community interactions to create tangible improvements to the platform and generate business value
- Do startup stuff! Willing to get involved in different initiatives across the business when the need arises
Knowledge Requirements:
- Interest in sustainability and climate news
- Bonus: Knowledge of Hubspot, Asana, Sales and marketing practices
- Understanding general concepts related to climate change, causes, and solutions
You may be a good fit if you:

- Experience in customer facing roles (e.g. sales, success, support, business development, consulting)
- Are excited to make a massive impact at a growing startup
- Are passionate about climate change and eager to contribute to a solution
- Track record of generating easy-to-read content (i.e. blog, white papers etc)
- Confident communicator that is able to translate GHG jargon
