Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Quality & Communications Specialist. This role involves understanding our clients, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of media on their social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English, communications, marketing, journalism, or related disciplines, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.


Responsibilities

  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure growth and development, as well as adherence to quality standards and guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting optimization strategies to enhance sales and communications.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of social media content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with company standards and client guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in growth marketing, influencer collaborations, and social media.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance processes, feedback, and guidelines to ensure consistency and enable training of new team members.
  • Identify and report any communications-related issues to the relevant teams for prompt resolution.
  • Verify the accuracy of our interactions and ensure grammar, punctuation, and spelling are aligned with the influencer in all social media posts and communications.


Qualifications

  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as English, communications, marketing, journalism, or related disciplines is a plus.
  • Experience in quality assurance, content review, or a similar role is a plus, preferably in a social media management company or digital marketing agency.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and provide constructive feedback.
  • Knowledge of current influencer terms, trends, and slang
