They’re seeking a skilled and imaginative Social Media Specialist to enhance their clients' online presence through compelling content and strategic execution.
The Role:
As their Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clients brand narratives and connecting with their target audiences. Ensuring you stay upto date with all social trends and more!
Responsibilities:
- Content strategy. Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with clients' goals and target audiences. Create, curate, and manage all published content across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and more), ensuring consistency and quality. Partner and communicate with influencers and content creators.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor key metrics, track performance, and generate insightful reports. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize content for improved results.
- Take charge of pre-production process for content shoots, including concept development, storyboarding, location scouting, talent coordination, and overall logistics.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers, and other team members to ensure a seamless transition from pre-production to content creation.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in executing pre-production tasks for content shoots is a significant plus.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality, engaging social media content across various platforms.
