Responsibilities:

• Create and curate captivating, educational, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
• Utilize social media management tools, such as Hootsuite to schedule and optimize content.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reach for our aesthetics and skincare brands, including EltaMD and PCA.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our social media efforts remain innovative and effective.
• Plan and execute online events and certification programs, leveraging various platforms and tools, to provide accessible and engaging experiences for participants.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media channels, promptly respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and maintain a positive online presence.
• Engage with influencers and establish partnerships to expand our online reach and drive brand awareness.
• Monitor competitors' social media activities and propose strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and events.
• Analyze social media metrics using analytics tools, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt the brand voice.
• Proficiency in using social media management and scheduling tools.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools, including Hootsuite, and others.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong creative and visual skills to develop engaging content.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the aesthetics and skincare industry.
• A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to work.
