Summary

• Hours of Work: 7.5 hours/day (Monday - Friday)
• Position: Digital & Social Coordinator, Bell Media
• Job Status: Regular – Full Time
• Location: Toronto, ON

Key Responsibilities

• Work with iHeartRadio digital team to assist with website and video & audio content strategies, creation, design and editing
• Produce and maintain the best digital content to enhance our brands across all platforms. This includes repurposing on air content for digital consumption and creation of new original content
• Help develop and execute digital and social masterplan for National Talent
• Be responsible for collection and presentation of analytics
• Monitor social and digital channels to ensure talent is on track and hitting benchmarks
• Conduct regular learning sessions with the talent to escalate performance on digital
• Support National Talent on MOVE & VIRGIN with digital, social media, video and mobile strategies to meet the goals set for our teams
• Liaise with Programming, Promotions and Digital colleagues in a professional, accommodating and service oriented manner
• Daily Video production with National Talent

Critical Qualifications

• Currently completing a University degree or College diploma in a related field
• Mature, strong work ethic, engaged, enthusiastic, and open to learning
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Mastery of Social Media
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere)
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Sharp eye for detail
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with working with a CMS to publish content
