WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Partner Renewal Specialist will work closely with ESET’s channel partners across the country (Canada) to retain ESET’s customer base, increase renewal rate(s), upsell and add value wherever possible. This is a quota driven sales position which involves outbound and inbound calling while qualifying existing end-user needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Meet or exceed department goals for sales and call volume.
- Prospect and develop additional business opportunities from existing customer install base.
- Provide & process any and all sales-related materials (Quotes, Sales orders, Invoices, Trial Licenses, Etc.) for channel partners
- Handle and/or resolve ESET license credential inquiries/issues for channel partners
- Provide a positive customer experience for ESET’s channel partners and end users while maintaining company goals and directives.
- Provide backup support to sales team colleagues as needed/required by management
- Attend all sales meetings and trainings as required.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of business, build and expand channel partner relationships and maintain accurate account information via SalesForce.
- Interface with end users and channel partners via telephone and email to provide sales support.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value of ESET's security solutions to existing end users and channel partners.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 3-5 years of Channel sales experience
- Bilingual (French & English), required
- Strong consultative selling, time management, and organization skills
- College degree (preferred)
- Ability to excel in a competitive sales environment
- Knowledge of general computer usage techniques
