We are seeking a Renewal Specialist for our global Customer Success team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the renewal lifecycle and work closely with the Customer Success Managers to quote and negotiate SysAid offerings with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers on proposals and pending payments.
- Utilize retention playbook to negotiate contract terms and maximize revenue.
- Review and provide status updates on upcoming renewals.
- Prepare quotes based on customer requests and requirements.
- Maintain and report on accurate 90 days rolling forecast of renewals.
- Attend customer calls to review offerings.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on quotations to ensure the best offering to the customer.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Renewal Management/ Specialist, Licensing Management role, Customer Success Coordinator, Sales Support, or related.
- Experience in working with Salesforce.
- Ability to solve problems and think outside the box to meet company expectations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and display excellent time management skills.
- B.A. in Business Administration or related.
- Has the ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
