About The Job


Skooli, a fast-growing EdTech leader in the K-12 online tutoring space, is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Education Partnership Coordinator to join our growing team. If you are a motivated, high-energy team player with client service and sales experience, keep reading.


Client satisfaction will be the ultimate priority for the successful candidate and they will act as the communication link between Skooli’s B2B clients and our sales and product teams. Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for education, has a deep understanding of how to support clients and can communicate well within a cross-functional team.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:


  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform and the competitive landscape, being able to clearly articulate Skooli’s key value propositions
  • Communicate regularly with Sales regarding client relationships to ensure client retention goals are met
  • Gather real time feedback from clients and share information with the Product team
  • Carry out a strategic onboarding process with new clients to provide the tools and resources required for their students’ success, in collaboration with Skooli’s Operations Manager
  • React to inbound support requests and triage accordingly
  • Provide data insights and best practices based on program utilization and client feedback
  • Support our sales team with reporting, renewals, and writing RFPs
  • Partner closely with Operations to proactively manage student engagement on the Skooli platform
  • Work closely with high profile clients to deliver district-wide tutoring programs
  • Serve as a strategic, trusted advisor to clients by providing enablement, engagement recommendations and best practices on how we can help clients achieve their goals and solve their pain points


A little bit about you:


  • Experience with ClientSuccess software considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills, with the ability to present on video to high profile clients (including doing demos, videos, hosting webinars, etc)
  • 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service/Client Success Specialist or a similar role
  • Experience writing RFPs
  • Bachelor Degree is required
  • Deep understanding of US school system
