Day to Day


Our Mid-Market Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and decision makers within their patch, and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.


You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.


  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
  • Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts (upper Commercial Segment and Enterprise accounts)

Missions quotidiennes


Nos responsables de compte des entreprises de taille moyenne interagissent avec les clients existants et les nouvelles pistes dans le but de vendre l’intégralité de la plate-forme Salesforce Customer 360. Ils établissent des relations positives et de confiance avec les membres clés de l’équipe et les décideurs dans leur domaine, et apprennent à aider les clients à tirer parti de leurs investissements Salesforce.


Vous utiliserez vos compétences pour développer des occasions, à la fois par le biais de pistes prometteuses et par la prospection de comptes à fort potentiel.


  • Coordonner les ressources Salesforce internes pour répondre aux besoins commerciaux des clients
  • Effectuer la planification des comptes pour les comptes attribués, en vous coordonnant avec les ressources de vente Prime et Cloud pour assurer la cohérence stratégique
  • Développer et diriger la stratégie globale à long terme pour le compte, alignée sur les objectifs commerciaux des clients
  • Partager l’offre de valeur de Salesforce pour les clients existants et/ou nouveaux
  • Développer des relations clés avec les clients et favoriser la satisfaction des clients pour les comptes attribués
