We are looking for a dynamic sales leader who is comfortable leading teams, but also hunting and closing deals. We are looking for someone who is excited to be involved in strategic decision making, but who is equally as excited to roll up their sleeves. You will lead a team of Account Executives with an attainable quota and an established, effective sales operations process. You are a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You know how to turn data into an actionable sales strategy, and enjoy being hands-on to support closing deals and driving your team towards their number.


What you will be doing:

As a Sales Manager at Creyos, you will:

  • Develop a metrics-based approach to measuring team success
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Evaluate individual performance against sales goals
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders to continually evolve and enhance the customer experience
  • Lead weekly forecast meetings with individual team members and the Sales Director
  • Hire and train new Account Executives and mentor tenured team members
  • Create a culture of high performance and engagement
  • Proactively manage a team of Account Executives to support their individual sales goals
  • Act as a player/coach and be a point of escalation for your team to remove blockers and support closing deals
  • Lead coaching sessions (individual and group) to review calls, KPIs, blockers and opportunities, in order to support and motivate the team to achieve targets
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and implement successful sales strategies including deal shaping and optimization of sales processes
  • Coordinate with Revenue Operations, Marketing and Business Development leaders on lead generation


The skills and experience we are looking for:

  • A passion and interest for people leadership
  • A strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated experience developing a successful diverse and inclusive team
  • Proven ability to build and grow positive relationships and influence
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) and organizational skills
  • Analytical and data-driven, experience with Salesforce reporting is a must
  • 5+ years of sales experience within a SaaS organization and a history of exceeding targets
  • Motivated, driven and accountable for results
  • Experience with Outreach.io and ZoomInfo or equivalent software

It would also be great if you have:

  • 2+ years of managing a BDR or sales team
  • Though not necessary, experience in health-tech or healthcare would be an asset
