Conduct training for new associates.

Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.

Own and manage some spec groups end to end as assigned

At least 1 year of administrative experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Records Management

Prepares, sends, manages and negotiates the renewals with plan advisors

GB technical knowledge (Must have)

Excellent knowledge of renewal process and underwriting

Good knowledge of GB products and Services

Functional experience with data management tools e.g. MS Excel

Secondary education or equivalent certification in a business-related field is an asset

Manage assigned outstanding service renewals throughout the purchase-to-pay process

Experience working within a corporate CRM and ERP application preferably NetSuite

Clear communication, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills

Process quotations related to requests for products and services associated with existing customer accounts

Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database

Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations

Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts

Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience

Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset

Be self-directed, have initiative, good priority management and organizational skills – ability to multi-task

Experience with project management tools and software

Liaison to the Field – Agency Managers and Agents.

Continuously learn and update product knowledge base with changes, enhancements, new processes, etc. related to alliance programs:

Proficient knowledge of computer programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, MS Office

Excellent Interpersonal skills, ability to influence, convince, direct and persuade others to achieve goals and objectives

1+ years of experience in Renewal Management/ Specialist, Licensing Management role, Customer Success Coordinator, Sales Support, or related.

Ability to prioritize tasks and display excellent time management skills.

Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on quotations to ensure the best offering to the customer.

Prepare quotes based on customer requests and requirements.

Attend customer calls to review offerings.

Experience in working with Salesforce.

When volumes fall short investigate why and advise management

Vacation / Sick time – Collaborate with peers and management to ensure proper

Ensure the highest level of customer experience is provided

Manage and coordinate daily shipments with carriers and customers

Ensure all audit requirements are completed and scanned in to TMS prior to dispatching loads

Experience in third-party logistics or brokerage role

Provide advice and counsel to management and other employee groups on a broad range of occupational safety issues and decisions.

Manage and/or perform job site safety compliance inspections including hazard analysis, safe work procedures, written reports, and recommendations.

Complete or assist with maintenance and certification audits of the HSEMS.

Provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced occupational safety personnel.

Provide training to managers and others on occupational safety issues.

Safety certification training (i.e., CRSP, CRST, NCSO, OHS Diploma,WHMIS, LOTO, etc.) is considered a strong asset.
