Job description:
Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is looking for a Group & Strategic Alliances Coordinator to join our team. They will be establishing and maintaining professional relationships with agents, directors, and alliance partner also contacts to support maximum effectiveness of programs implemented. They will work on generating, assimilating, and distributing prescribed strategic alliances program progress/activities reports within prescribed timelines. Further, they will help to identifying, posting, updating and maintaining the Strategic Alliances site information and identifying, recommending, developing and implementing program options with alliance partners
Accountabilities:
- Continuously learn and update product knowledge base with changes, enhancements, new processes, etc. related to alliance programs:
- Liaison to the Field – Agency Managers and Agents.
- Provide administration, tracking and recording of Strategic Alliances/Customer Solutions expenses monthly and quarterly. Ensure expense accountability and integrity by ongoing monitoring of program-related vendor billing/invoice accuracy
- Develop and generate reports in a user friendly manner using various tools, i.e. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
- Identify, recommend, and implement changes to reports and/or potential opportunities for program improvements
- Coordinates travel and enter expenses in SAP.
- Provides administrative and coordination support to the Manager, Group and Strategic Alliances and Consumer Solutions’ team to assist in meeting department objectives.
- Coordinate program details, activities and results for Alliance programs, including Sun Life, TuGo, Enercare, Rogers Smart Home, Pets Plus Us, Kia Canada, Le Groupe Integral, Unhaggle and new alliances that are developed.
- Provide customer support for policies requiring assistance through any branch of the Good Hands network and/or Ombudsman’s office as they relate to prior life company relationships. (i.e. Direct Marketing Centre)
- Support creation, procurement and distribution of Group and Strategic Alliances marketing materials
Qualifications :
- Be self-directed, have initiative, good priority management and organizational skills – ability to multi-task
- Complex decision making abilities coupled strong business acumen
- Actively working towards PMP designation an asset
- Proficient knowledge of computer programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, MS Office
- College / University degree preferred
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and other within ACG business units to meet team objectives
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, ability to influence, convince, direct and persuade others to achieve goals and objectives
- MS Office and EXCEL
- Thorough knowledge of all Allstate products, underwriting standards and internal operations. Be familiar with strategic partners’ products e.g. Sun Life, Tugo, KIA Canada, Pets Plus Us, Enercare, Rogers, Unhaggle etc.
- Identify new ideas and opportunities for improving performance and productivity
