Group Sales Assistant - 2023

Overview:

$16.00 / hour

Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years.

• Assist with general marketing efforts, mailers, special projects and basic office operations.
• Assist with other duties as required.
• Support all Sales Representatives with data entry of ticket orders and ensure orders are processed correctly and in a timely fashion.
• Assist in the outside coordination of Group Sales events.
• Coordinate the release of group ticket orders through the Group Sales electronic ticketing system.
• Accurately process credit card payments for group ticket orders.
• Answer all Group Sales phone calls and general guest inquiries.
