What You’ll Be Doing


  • Deploying client hardware (i.e. desktops, laptops, VOIP phones, Blackberry, etc.).
  • Service and support of printers and multi-function devices.
  • Installing, upgrading, maintaining and decommissioning hardware and software
  • Diagnosis and investigation to identify underlying root cause.
  • Scheduling, supporting and troubleshooting video conferencing.
  • Collaboration with third level for technical analysis and problem resolution.
  • Resolving medium complexity incident and request tickets from the Help Desk.
  • Technical support and troubleshooting of hardware, software and application issues.


What You Bring


  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability related to both hardware and software
  • Working towards a university degree/college diploma in a technology, business or related discipline with a graduation date no earlier than January 2023
  • Some lifting of computer equipment may be required (approximately 40 lbs)
