As a Full-Time Assistant Sales Manager, you lead by example by tailoring wireless solutions to match a Member’s lifestyle. You will be selling mobile phones and plans from carriers such as Bell, Virgin Plus, Rogers, Fido, Lucky Mobile and Chatr. This allows you to create value for Costco Members through world-class customer service and expert product knowledge.

Your typical day:

• Connect with Members and inform them about exclusive offers on a wide range of smartphones and accessories
• Participate in a combination of online, on the job training and mentoring for career advancement
• Assist the Sales Manager in all aspects of retail operations including merchandising, inventory control, hygiene and scheduling
• Assist the Sales Manager in developing, motivating and coaching your team
