Represent clients at bail hearings, guilty pleas and remands both in-person and remotely.

Conduct preliminary inquiries, pre-trials, case conferences, trials, reviews & appeals.

Negotiate competent resolutions of files to achieve fair, early and lasting outcomes for clients.

Work independently on cases as assigned by the Legal Director.

Complete and accurate time entry and record keeping.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities for self and others in the hotel.

Minimum of 2 years Hotel General Manager experience, or 3-4 years of Sales or Rooms Division Manager experience.

Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management would be an asset.

Provide sales floor supervision by spending the majority of the time on the selling floor

Resolves customer issues and/or complaints and keeps manager informed

Provide feedback to Manager, Sales on inventory performance, merchandising presentation standards, customer trends and issues

1 year people management experience

Experience: 1 year retail or sales specific management experience

Change Management Leadership: Leads others through change processes and uncertainty

Implement the Store Manager’s People vision for the store and cascade to team members.

Leadership role directly responsible for subset of store employees as delegated by Store Manager

Guest Experience: Actively creates an inclusive, high-caliber experience and connection for every guest through team members

Will manage shift schedules, accommodations and mobilization requirements for Crew Chiefs and Survey Assistants

Workforce management including hiring staff

5 years of experience as a Project Manager

Good computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Outlook and equipment specific software

Demonstrated skills and knowledge of the type of project that the branch is working on

Will manage any sub-contractors that are performing Geomatics work on a project

Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is a definite asset
