Assist the Sales Manager in all aspects of retail operations including merchandising, inventory control, hygiene and scheduling

2 years of wireless or retail experience preferred

Great communication, organization and coordination skills

Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel a plus

Lead, develop and direct an in-home sales team

Interview and hire sales people

Three years automotive sales management experience (preferred)

Work with new vehicle manager to operate overall sales department

Five or more years automotive dealership experience (required)

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (required), PBS (preferred), and V-Auto (preferred)

Minimum 2 years of retail management experience

Coach staff on compliance with sales standards and programs and always utilize performance management strategies to ensure best in class execution

Possess a keen eye for merchandising, inventory management, and creating effective store design

Accomplish multi-product sales performance, outstanding customer experience and operational objectives by recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and managing employees

Teach employees to uncover customers’ needs through skilled questions, perception and empathy, escalating any issues as required

Must have high level of interpersonal and customer skills to work with others, motivate employees, and assign work as required

Resolves customer issues and/or complaints and keeps manager informed

Provide feedback to Manager, Sales on inventory performance, merchandising presentation standards, customer trends and issues

1-3 years supervisory experience with accountability for sales and service

Retail selling experience in a luxury environment preferred

Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

Provide sales floor supervision by spending the majority of the time on the selling floor

2 – 3 years’ experience in fleet management and/or sales considered an asset

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Must have a sound knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.

Provide meeting support for various meetings for the Group/Department.

Coordinate, prepare correspondence, and/or communicate with others to ensure accurate and timely communication of information.

Remains abreast on all product knowledge, finance options, promotions, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends

Manages customer issues and escalations in a timely and efficient manner that demonstrates a world-class sales and service experience.
