Job Summary:


Toyota Canada Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity to join our team in administering TCI’s Employee Vehicle Discount Purchase Program. This role is TCI’s expert in coordinating all activities in processing employee purchases. This includes preparation of the vehicle, fleet management, partnering with key stakeholders and ensuring adherence to TCI’s purchase policy.

What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Analyse and provide recommendation on situational circumstances and requests for exceptions to the policy
  • Manage fleet of company demonstrators. This includes monitoring vehicle compounds and parking lot levels, ensuring timely processing of vehicles, test drives and delivery to dealerships
  • Take appropriate action to resolve issues delaying sale of vehicles
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the success of the sales program and to continuously discover opportunities for innovation and efficiencies
  • Coordinate company vehicle purchase draws for exclusive vehicles
  • Regularly monitor trends in sales, collect feedback and report out findings. Provides recommendations on policy/program changes.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to damaged vehicles
  • Process various accounts payable/ receivable activities including dealership vehicle billing, payment of dealership service fees and finance/lease rate subvention costs
  • Identify purchasers and coordinates submission of credit applications for lease/finances
  • Process orders for New Vehicle purchases in partnership with our Inventory Team
  • Prepare all associate purchase paperwork and coordinates delivery of documents and vehicle to dealership for final processing
  • Works in partnership with broader Vehicle Programs Team to ensure overall department success, supports team members during periods of fluctuating volume and provides team vacation coverage
  • Ensure Company Demonstrator Vehicles are returned for sale in accordance with policy


What You Bring:


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in process improvement identification
  • Knowledge of various software programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service focus (internal & external)
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in fleet management and/or sales considered an asset
  • Experience with SAP is an asset
  • College diploma or university degree in a related field
  • Positive attitude with a curiosity to learn and make continuous improvements
  • High attention to detail
