Sales & Marketing Administrator Jobs

Riverside Energy Systems is excited to be hiring a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our team in our Kamloops BC office. This position is accountable to the Sales Supervisor and will report directly to them. You will be required to speak with customers on a regular basis and provide support throughout our sales process. You will be trained on how to collect and maintain the data pertaining to a sale. The hours are full-time, Mon-Fri, 11 am - 7 pm with coffee and lunch breaks at the Sales Supervisor's scheduled times.

The ideal candidate is one with experience with solar power systems and sales (preference for people with previous sales experience) and is willing to work with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• CRM management
• Scheduling
• System knowledge
• Organize meetings
• Customer interactions
• Build marketing material
• PM software updating
• Product knowledge

Requirements:

• Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
• 1-2 years experience is ideal
• Ability to stay on task
• Advanced skills in communicating
• 1+ years of industry knowledge is preferred
• Lots of talking and typing
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships

Hourly:

$22/hr

Payment schedule is bi-weekly. Benefits after 3 months (medical/dental) and inclusion in staff events throughout the year.
