Job Description
The *Internet Vehicle Sales Specialist *is responsible for developing quality leads through Inbound and Outbound Marketing campaigns. You represent the company and in many cases are the first contact for prospective clients. Most importantly, you drive internet traffic into the dealership, making appointments for interested customers, and continuously following up throughout the buying process. The Internet Vehicle Sales Specialist will be a highly motivated, self-starter and goal-oriented team player that wants to grow with us.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
  • Remains current on available inventory to optimize customer choice and inventory turnaround
  • Working with Sales Managers and F&I Managers to facilitate the sale that best sets the dealership up for success.
  • Achieves e-commerce departmental sales goals and objectives to ensure department profitability
  • Offering a consultative, customer-focused approach to vehicle sales.
  • Additional duties as required.
  • Compiles and provides bi-weekly reporting on all e-commerce department performance metrics, including closing ratios, average response times, appointments booked, monitor actual to plan and other metrics as requested by the General Manager
  • Tracking all activities to ensure you are being your most productive self every day.
  • Completing training and attending department meetings as required.
  • Ensures all e-commerce interactions maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Researching availability of models and optional equipment using a computer database.
  • Completing all paperwork and arranging for delivery and registration of the vehicle.
  • Remains abreast on all product knowledge, finance options, promotions, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends
  • Responsible for an effective turnover to the Finance office and to the Service department.
  • Providing personalized videos for customers inquiring online and performing a vehicle needs analysis.
  • Delivering and familiarizing the customer with the vehicle.
  • Manages customer issues and escalations in a timely and efficient manner that demonstrates a world-class sales and service experience.
  • Explaining features and demonstrating the features of the vehicle.
*EXPERIENCE:*
  • Ideally 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a dealership
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
  • Excellent customer service skills; always striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Tech Savvy - Outlook, MS Office Applications, Social Media.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Sales experience in an automotive dealership
