Who you are and what you'll do:
As an honest team player with no fear of rejection you are constantly creating and nurturing relationships with potential sellers. Cold calling, door knocking and task driven follow up keeps you focused and in line with company targets and your personal financial goals. Your enthusiasm and resilience are partnered with a structured and optimistic outlook. You are coachable and are comfortable with learning new ways of prospecting, qualifying and closing the sale. You will feel fully supported with ongoing mentorship and sales training.

Day to day:
Being intentional with your days and weeks through calendaring and time blocking.
Cold outreach to company generated prospects.
Qualifying company generated, inbound prospects.
Following up with prospects with a structured plan of action.
Appointment setting for in home assessments
Developing your book of business (door knocking, networking, other lead generation).
Honing your craft (sales training, personal development, etc.)
Qualifications (what you’ll bring)
Minimum 2 Year Experience in Commissioned Sales (Real Estate Experience an Asset).
Highly Organized with Exceptional Attention to Detail.
Appreciation for Time Management.
High Level of Autonomy and Personal Accountability.
Coachable with a Growth Mindset and Willingness to Learn.
Must have a Reliable Vehicle, Phone and Laptop.
Must resident of Alberta, preferably Calgary or surrounding areas.
