- Contact potential clients to analyze and qualify their Embedded UI development requirements
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, support and other resources
- Be an ambassador for the Crank Software brand.
- Make cold calls, support events, conduct market research, etc. to help generate leads
- Tracking, quoting and following up on software support renewals
- Helping Maintain the quality of the CRM (experience with Hubspot would be an asset but is not required)
- After qualification working closely with Account Managers and distributors to help support the sales process
- Supporting Account Managers in their daily work, such as reviewing quotes and purchase orders and confirming information with customers
- Enjoy supporting customers and sales people
- Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Experience or a significant interest in sales
- Have an energetic and cheerful personality
