Job Details:

Shear Power Corp. is looking for a personable, energetic, and organized member to join our team in the role of Inside Sales Coordinator. The Sales coordinator will work in the office Monday-Friday to assist with finalizing equipment, and attachment sales/rentals. This member will need to communicate with all sales and service staff to organize all details of the sale, providing the requirements to service to ensure an accurate and timely delivery to our valued customers. Strong technical knowledge/background would be an asset to better understand the important details of the equipment agreements. The position will be from 8am-5pm with an hour lunch.


Responsibilities:

  • Logistics. Handle Purchasing & Tracking for Shear Power Corp. major inventory. Coordinate transportation & Customs clearance for many incoming/outgoing items.
  • Manage inventory levels, min/max tracking, propose what should be ordered and present to management for approval.
  • Sales coordination post-sale (Organize all sales files and bring it over the finish line)


This includes: Creating a sale file, start work order for shop, order components not stocked, invoicing, shipping, plus any communication during this process with the customer that’s needed.

  • Answer the office phones to act as the first line of communications with all customers, re-directing each call to the respective department.
  • Rental sales coordination: Much of the same as above. Additional Rental responsibilities; Pre/Post Rental inspections, Managing Incoming/Outgoing Pictures, Billing for repairs, maintenance, and damage to the customer as required, billing recurring weeks/months (managing the rental file).
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Quarterly, and Annual Inventory analysis with management to verify all items on-hand.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience in outside sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audience
