Quantum International Services is a rapidly expanding firm specializing in customized software services, procurement, and project management. Our primary focus lies on public tenders related to software solicitations, and we are continually broadening our services across various industries.
Position Overview:
We are in search of a Sales Manager with a strong background in project management. Successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, monitoring tender publications, assessing potential opportunities, and managing remote teams. They will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities, provide regular feedback and reports to stakeholders, and monitor sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:
- Drive sales initiatives, pinpointing potential business opportunities and clients.
- Responsible for developing lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Foster relationships with existing clients and cultivate connections with potential clients.
- Establish and achieve sales targets, ensuring company growth and profitability.
2. Software Development:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of websites and associated web applications.
- Engage with stakeholders to ascertain requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Uphold best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance.
3. Tender Review and Assessment:
- Monitor and review published tenders daily.
- Analyze tender specifics to gauge alignment with the company's capabilities and objectives.
- Evaluate the feasibility of Quantum International Services securing tenders, either independently or in collaboration with third parties.
4. Project Management:
- Lead and synchronize with remote teams to guarantee successful project delivery.
- Oversee project resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development with a track record in web development.
- Experience in reviewing and assessing tenders is a significant asset.
- Demonstrated skills in project management.
- Background in marketing or a related field.
- Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate independently and make informed decisions.
Evaluation and Employment Potential:
- The initial employment period is temporary, spanning 3-6 months, serving as an evaluation phase.
- Performance and alignment with the company's objectives will determine the potential transition to a part-time or full-time role post-evaluation.
