With a network of 390+ physician-investors, representing 40+ specialties, HH offers health-tech founders not only investments and strategic advice, but also direct access to providers and patients for deploying their technologies.
Position Summary
HaloHealth is seeking a full time marketing and content coordination lead. The team member will report directly to the executive director in the Calgary office and aid in increasing our presence in the Canadian ecosystem. This position is best suited for candidates who have a strong interest to grow with the organization and strengthen our brand and pedigree.
Responsibilities
- Attendance of various ecosystem events to represent HH
- Organize and execute local and national HH investment events
- Strategic creation and execution of organizational content
- Maintenance of our CRM platforms
- Evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns, member relations, and investment events
- Implementation of HH marketing campaigns (offline and online)
- Build and nurture relationships/partnerships within the ecosystem
- Design and execution of sales strategy to attract new members and sponsorships
Opportunities

- Formulating a creative approach to advertise the HH brand/culture
- Access to interacting with startup founders and HH physician members
- Attendance of screening calls with prospective ventures
Qualifications
- Passion for understanding customer needs to drive effective/engaging content
- Graphics development and web design
- Undergraduate degree of high academic standing (marketing or business preferred)
- Ability to work within a team and independently in a structured manner
- CRM, sales, and/or business development experience
- Strong work-ethic and self-motivated
- Effective time management skills to facilitate deliverables on projects
- Experience with SaaS technologies and platforms
- Strong entrepreneurial outlook
- Technical marketing/analytical skills, aptitude, and experience
