Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization

Experience transitioning marketing operations from a founder/CEO is a plus

Execution and management of all client returns, including RMA, logistics and administrative requirements.

Coordination of all Health & Safety compliance objectives and tasks, in conjunction with the Health & Safety Management representative.

Review of all pending shipments to ensure that the optimal freight dollars are being maximized including intercompany purchases and domestic shipments.

Respond to freight quote logistics requests and provide internal rate sheets to SSC and CSS teams.

Ensure all compliance tasks are scheduled and actioned as required and monitor for any legislative changes in Safety regulations.

7 or more years of marketing or directly related experience

4 or more years of people leadership experience

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of product marketing experience.

Previous work experience in a marketing role in low ACV B2B self-serve SaaS.

A minimum of 5 year experience and advanced skill level in scheduling using Oracle Primavera P6 (V7 or greater);

Manage all aspects of work package development as per the Turnaround Planning Guide.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment;

Journeyman Trade or equivalent experience;

5+ years of experience in planning and scheduling role in the Petrochemical industry;

5+ years of experience in executing turnarounds;
