Lead Project Manager - Planning

We are looking for a Lead Project Manager to join us, and work within our customer in the rail industry. The missions :

• Develop the project schedule using internal standard, contractual targets, and information provided by stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency of commitments among internal and external stakeholders and manage schedule interfaces.
• Propose the project baseline and ensure its acceptance internally and by the Customer.
• Provide timely updates on the schedule, highlighting deviations from the baseline.
• Proactively identify potential delays and critical paths, including assessing risks and margin related to the schedule.
• Define and maintain the Project Time Management Plan based on inputs from all stakeholders and keep it updated.
• Collaborate with the Finance Project Manager to implement Earned Value Management techniques.
• Organize and lead regular project schedule sessions.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with the project planner's community and the core team using the 'obeya' approach.
• Prepare schedule and progress reports for Customers, Lead Unit, or Partners.
• Support the Project Core Team on any issues related to the project schedule.
• Conduct schedule analysis and trade-offs to address identified gaps or schedule issues.

• Comfort in an international and multicultural environment is important, along with clear leadership skills to mobilize the core team and engage different internal and external stakeholders
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and knowledge of Planisware
• Background in project management, preferably in the rail industry
• Fluency in both French and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
