Provides overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise

Analyze progress, schedule trends, and develop forecasts to support management decision making

Ensure that contractor schedule reflects / align with external schedule requirements and interfaces such as permitting and regulatory

Prior oil and gas industry experience preferred

Provides the day-to-day management of the finite Schedulers, setting objectives, measuring performance, and providing training, coaching, and feedback

2+ year of relevant supply planning experience, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment; or relevant transferable skills and experience

Experience with data visualization and analysis using Power BI is desirable

Creates detailed supply plans in the short to the mid-term horizon for assigned product categories

Proactively identifies and communicates potential supply issues impacting the business

Execution and management of all client returns, including RMA, logistics and administrative requirements.

Coordination of all Health & Safety compliance objectives and tasks, in conjunction with the Health & Safety Management representative.

Review of all pending shipments to ensure that the optimal freight dollars are being maximized including intercompany purchases and domestic shipments.

Respond to freight quote logistics requests and provide internal rate sheets to SSC and CSS teams.

B.Sc. Electrical Engineering; advanced or additional qualifications also considered.

10+ years experience in high voltage power systems operation, planning and analysis.

Min of 5 years’ experience in product and project management for a pharmaceutical or biotech company
