YOUR ROLE
Reporting directly to the Development Manager in the Store Planning and Store Design’s department, the Project Coordinator assists the Development Manager and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle, from the start-up phase to the project completion phase, in coordinating various tasks with internal/external stakeholders (prepare project initiation documents, contact consultants, distribution of project information to all internal/external partners and stakeholders, etc). The Project Coordinator will also support Development Manager in updating processes, documentation, and tools as required to improve project management practice.
Responsibilities:

• Assist the Development Manager and project manager in updating work documentation and tools
• Support the Development Team with miscellaneous administrative tasks that occur during the various Development Team project lifecycles.
• Prepare project kick-off document
• Assist the Development Manager in communicating any changes to the current structure and process to the Development and Store Planning and Store Design Department
• Contact consultants and coordinate required services for Project Managers (Development Team)
• Review, qualify, and sort project information as it is received from the Stakeholder.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Knowledge in AutoCAD, PowerSteering, Salesforce, C4C is preferred
• Proficient in MS suite and MS project
• Knowledge of retail design, construction & project management
• Strong communication skills
• 2-3 years in a Retail Store Planning function or similar role
• University degree or DEC in art history, Interior design, or related field
