The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.
Reporting to the team leader, the charting or instructions coordinator, in collaboration with the team, manages the out-of-home inventory, distributes advertising campaigns evenly per product and market, processes contracts and revisions, manages and creates instructions, as well as coordinating the installations. The charting coordinator works in our charting system to manage daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with internal and external partners to obtain necessary information and problem solve
  • Create or revise posting instructions for upcoming and current campaigns
  • Coordinate and manage the reception and installation of advertising material
  • Process date entry requests in the charting system
  • Manage the inventory by processing and monitoring advertising campaigns
  • Perform all other related tasks
  • Work with multiple reports for internal and external clients
Critical Qualifications
  • Be comfortable analyzing and creating reports
  • Be autonomous and resourceful
  • Be able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Be open to change and show initiative
  • Be proactive and results oriented
  • Demonstrate leadership and have good team spirit
  • Be organized and detail oriented
  • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
  • Bilingualism, written and spoken
Training & Experience
  • Able to communicate effectively and offer great client service
  • Knowledge of KBWorld/Quattro, an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel) and Windows
  • Post secondary diploma in administration or another relevant field
  • Experience working in a team
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in charting or broadcast or other relevant field
