Job Overview

As a BTS / BST Business Analyst, you will act as an expert in SAP for the HR, Payroll, Finance, MM, PM, CS and SD modules and actively participate in projects and change requests, more specifically in the following stages:

• Defining solutions
• Analysis (Blueprinting)
• Project management
• Delivery
• Quality control
• Defining requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Coach users according to the solution provided to their request or need
• Participate in project as well as change request follow-up meetings with team members and consultants
• Develop solutions to meet needs, and perform configurations where applicable
• Be a facilitator between various stakeholders (customers and consultants)
• Carry out unit and functional testing of requests
• Perform all other related tasks
• Create and/or update documentation on various SAP procedures
• Support the SAP support coordinator and replace them during absences
• Monitor SAP performance and ensure stability

Critical Qualifications

• You are able to make certain changes to SAP configurations
• You have acquired solid SAP experience
• You have education in computer science and/or extensive experience in the field.

Preferred Qualifications

• You are bilingual at a functional level (French and English) - an asset
• You are recognized for your leadership and ability to motivate teams
• You are an efficient user of the MS Office suite (MS PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word)
• You are independent and creative
• You communicate effectively and are comfortable making presentations in front of an audience

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
