Role: Business Analyst (Life Science /Health care Domain)

Location: Canada/Remote

Duration: Contract

Must have: Clinical Research Organization Exp

CRO / Pharma domain experience is must. Candidate should be knowing Clinical / Pharma domain terms like Investigator, Facility, Study, Sites and corresponding Location Not just Healthcare / Life Sciences domain.

Job Responsibilities

Drive consensus for a desired future state that meets the business problem and enterprise objectives

Be able to write SQL

Uncover needs that business owners and end users could not articulate on their own.

Identify the requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end user's perspective.

Appropriately documents business requirements and designs.

Understand business process complexity and influence business requirements in support of enterprise objectives

Help business owners communicate solution value to key stakeholders

Provide accurate project effort estimates, including recognizing the implications of business strategy changes and engaging project stakeholders in the estimation process

Guide solutions options and business partner decision-making to minimize the amount of project investment divergence from target architecture

Identify opportunities for creating reusable enterprise services

Identify the requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end user's perspective

Educate developers on a project's business context

Need familiarity with Microsoft Office, Jira
