Job Role :Compliance IT Business Analyst- Finance

Location :Montreal, QC (onsite)

Responsibilities:-

·Bachelor in Computer Science, Management, IT or Information System.

·5+ years of experience in IT or process engineering

·Experiencein Process mapping or Process improvement.

·SQL query knowledge.

·Lead project requirement management in Compliance IT.

·Design, deliver, project management and people management domain.

·Manage elicitation of requirement for project in parallel to deliver solution for Compliance IT.

·Analyse technology and problem while developing requirement and solution in collaboration with stakeholder.

·Knowledge of e-Discovery, OFAC Monitoring or Trade Surveillance (spoofing, best execution, front running) control processes at bank is desired

·Identify, gap in procedure, create solution for scalable and repeatable process, in adherence with compliance framework and IT practice established.

·Own the management information and requirement gathering initiative to develop operational reporting capability.

·Ensure process are implemented to take advantage of capability of the system.

·Explain solution clearly is well organized and work with minimal oversight.

·Take accountability and guide project under ownership through BA lifecycle to achieve implementation on time.

·Contribute to project deliverable- documents, test plans, communication plans, standard operating procedure.

·Keep project management informed all time and use tools that are appropriate, these include reports and face to face meeting.

·Perform business analysis to understand requirement for project that help to improve efficiency for application related to Compliance.

·Document, manage risk, recognize issue and proactively create solution to mitigate adverse impact.

·Ensure alignment of IT department with guidelines and industry best practice.
