Summary:
- Prepare mid-month reports related to labor
- Provide ad hoc financial reporting and financial data analysis as requested
- Assist with preparation of monthly accruals
- Prepare MBE/WBE quarterly reports and vendor verification forms
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management
- Assist with quarterly forecasting
- Assist with project variance analysis monthly
- Submit AP invoices for processing
- Review and approve accounts payable invoices
Experience Required:
- Strong technical skills required and must be exhibited during the interview
process
- Understanding of financial concepts
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Office Products is required to
include advanced skills in Excel specifically
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills as well as excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Independent, self-starter with the ability to conduct research, data analysis
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
- Strong written and communication skills to explain results
- Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion are required
- Ability to work remotely/independently
and resolve problems
- Strong ability to collaborate with individuals across the organization to
achieve results
Education/Experience:
- Associate's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business)
- 3 – 5 years of related work experience in lieu of degree in a Corporate
environment required Job Summary:Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for producing accurate project financial reporting and submit on a monthly basis to Corporate Finance. - Track financial status by monitoring variances from forecasts. - Organize monthly Finance Calendar activities. - Prepare monthly accruals for submission to corporate finance. - Review time sheet corrections for accuracy and submit to Corporate Finance for approval and processing. - Monitor fulfillment expenses against forecast assumptions. - Review incoming vendor invoices for accuracy, and provide appropriate codes and monitor payment status. - Perform research and provide additional clarifications. - Publish monthly Project Financial Dashboard and Labor Reports to Project Management. Minimum Requirements: - Associate degree with 0-3 years of experience.
