Job Summary

• Promptly address customer inquiries and issues
• Manage routine service requests and incidents efficiently
• Advocate for clients with operational and technical staff
• Deliver top-notch customer support through various channels
• Collaborate with support departments to resolve issues and implement changes

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle client requests for assistance and change requests
• Act as an advocate for clients with operational and technical staff
• Manage incidents and escalate complex issues as necessary
• Collaborate with support departments to resolve issues and implement changes
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and ticketing system

What You'll Have

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to diagnose and analyze technical and non-technical issues
• Community college diploma in computer science, business administration, or related discipline
• 3+ years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in financial services
• Sound knowledge of client support methodologies and tools
