Project Assistant (Hybrid) Jobs

We are seeking for a project assistant with a background in project management, scheduling, and marketing to help our team of consultants.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, lots of energy, strong operational focus, and someone who can bring a lot of value to the table in terms of their experience.

You have experience working on IT projects - ideally Salesforce. You have some experience using Jira

Day to day, you will be responsible for supporting our head of operations and technology to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing project status updates, following up on meetings with minutes and actions, responding to project support tickets, and communicating with clients about their project needs.

Location

Must be based in Canada, preferably in Montreal. Hours will vary from part-time to full-time depending on our needs. It will be in a hybrid mode (once or twice per month).

Role and Responsibilities

• Work alongside the sales and development team to create accurate project estimates
• Experienced in tracking, managing, and reporting on customer projects and budgets.
• Responsible for supporting a portfolio of small to medium-sized IT projects.
• Responsible for planning and managing the capacity of resources across the Navirum team
• Technical background -effective at working with other team members to deliver project results e.g. Software Engineers, Junior Business Analysts

Must Have

Required skills and background

• Desire to work in the tech industry
• Marketing experience e.g. event organization
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Ideally, an agile project management experience. You have successfully delivered many projects throughout your career
• Highly organized, naturally detail-oriented, methodical, and structured in the way you work.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• You have a background in Salesforce
• Ability to deliver while working from home and comfortable speaking to clients on-camera daily.
• Excellent communication skills. You can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Digital marketing experience e.g. marketing automation, SEO, Canada
• You have experience working on technology project

Nice To Have
