Overview A Remote IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. They are responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, either over the phone or through remote access. They may also provide training and guidance to customers on the use of computer systems and software. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in IT support
• Knowledge of computer systems and software
• Knowledge of network and internet protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
• Ability to work with remote access tools
