WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our team!

The Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Document and track support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring proper recording of incidents and their resolutions.
• Perform system maintenance tasks, such as software updates and patches, to ensure security and optimal performance.
• Conduct user training sessions to enhance end-users' technical proficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and IT best practices to continuously improve support services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems reported by users and escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams or vendors if necessary.
• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT initiatives and technology upgrades.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
• Experience in using IT service management tools or ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
• A willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• 4+ years of working experience in the same role or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accurately documenting support interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
